From dean@av8.com Tue May 11 18:43:16 2004 Date: Thu, 15 Jan 2004 11:17:50 -0500 (EST) From: Dean Anderson To: bill Subject: Re: Complaint regarding www.sorbs.net (204.152.186.189) (fwd) So ISC.ORG is not a customer of EP.NET, even though 198.32.176.4 belongs to EP.NET according to whois? This is indeed an atypical relationship. It is very interesting and ironic, because SORBS claims to be an authority on such relationships, yet states that such relationships must be transparent and obvious, and makes false and defamatory statements about my customer relationships. Yet its own relationships are cryptic at best. Indeed, in my 17 years of experience with the internet, I cannot say I've ever run across, or even heard of the case where an IP address is assigned to someone that has no relationship with the owner of the address space. Or perhaps you aren't being entirely forthcoming, or perhaps you are willfully misleading me to think that ISC.ORG isn't a customer of EP.net in some way. I am not making any assumptions about the general relationships between EP.NET and its customers. I've asked a specific question: Is the Internet Software Consortium (a.k.a ISC.ORG) a customer of EP.NET? You have yet to give a clear answer. --Dean On Thu, 15 Jan 2004, bill wrote: > > > > > > On Wed, 14 Jan 2004, bill wrote: > > > > > I have no reason to act as your relay agent.
