	apparently your perception of "typical" does not	
	apply here. the assertions you make in the remainder
	of your mail are based on false presumptions about 
	what may or may not be valid provider/subscriber 
	relationships between ep.net and its customers.

	If you had a valid complaint about an ep.net customer
	or were an ep.net customer, then I could offer more
	help. As it stands there is nothing to be done here
	without a change in status.
