Hello Mr. Anderson,

I have been following the below exchange between yourself and OCO
networks.

Please note that the root cause of this issue is that your mail
server is configured as an open mail relay. Please be aware that Savvis'
AUP prohibits this configuration, and as such, we respectfully ask that you
take immediate steps to close it from third party relay or remove it from
the network.
